Artwork
Good quality artwork is required for every personalised order. Our studio can assist with your requirements if necessary, and will be pleased to provide a quotation based on the work required. Camera ready artwork can be provided as an EPS illustrator file (text converted to outlines) although we will be happy to arrange this for you.

Origination
Screens, templates or embroidery tapes are charged. These vary according to the product chosen and the personalisation method. This cost is generally included in the cost per item, although we can cost this separately if you would prefer.

Carriage
This is charged on all orders unless otherwise agreed.

VAT
All prices in this catalogue are exclusive of VAT.

Quantities
All personalised orders are subject to production tolerances of 5% to 10% overs or unders which will be invoiced accordingly.

Delivery
Our aim is to deliver your goods as quickly and efficiently as possible. Most personalised products require 2 to 4 weeks production and some a little longer. However, selected products are available by express delivery, please check with our sales team for exact time scales.
